Reducing shame

Sharing hopeful stories
-
Providing practical tools for greater peace

About the podcast
Christian Faith and OCD is a podcast that was originally named Hope for Anxiety and OCD (started in 2020). The podcast was born after trying to find resources for my own clients who were struggling. I couldn’t find professionals who were combining strong clinical knowledge about anxiety and OCD with strong Bible knowledge. Even though I knew nothing about starting a podcast, I felt a nudge from God to start and gave a hesitant yes.
After realizing most of our consistent listeners were struggling with OCD and due to the great need for resources in the Christian OCD community, the podcast was renamed and rebranded in 2024 to Christian Faith and OCD.
The podcast exists to reduce shame surrounding struggling with OCD as a Christian, increase hope, and provide practical tools for greater peace. I record solo episodes and interview guests including pastors, authors, and everyday Christians who are struggling with OCD.
As a result of God’s faithfulness (I wanted to quit several times!), Christian Faith and OCD is now a worldwide ministry with listeners in over 70 countries.
